We share with you 4 lovely Reiki experiences from 3 dedicated Lotus Healing Seva Group members. They gave us a warm fuzzy feeling in our hearts when we heard them … wishing you the same as you read them!

Please please may I share a miracle that happened to me yesterday. At 4.15 pm a small bird hit our window and fell down (I think he was pretty bruised). I ran

to help, cupped him in my hands and took him outside to lie amongst the grass. I did Reiki on him and even did hoponopono!! I I kept some bread next to

him and prayed that his family would come for him. Suddenly it started to rain very very heavily. I ran down to check on him, and saw he had hurdled himself

and had even moved to the shelter himself on the pebbles that you had energized when you came home. I patted him and wished him his highest good. This

morning I ran down to see if he was ok. He wasn’t there!!! Wow????

Wishing you all a very blessed 2017.   May the year be filled with abundant spiritual energies and growth for all group members.

I am very humbled to share with you all that though we weren’t supposed to go to Faraja today I was called there by Ulveena Darr for someone who needed

help. This elderly Yemeni (by origin) woman was in lot of pain ( liver and pancreatic cancer), unable to breathe well and very uncomfortable as she came to

Faraja Cancer Support Centre. I started doing Reiki and she started with her prayers as she wasn’t fully convinced as to what I did was safe.

Gradually, she was asleep, breathing normal and relaxed. It took me over an hour only for the front part of the body. Then she sat up as she couldn’t sleep

on the stomach. balanced her spine while she sat and I have finished now.   She is very happy and I am happy to have got this opportunity for this sudden

seva. She is traveling tomorrow and I am hoping now her journey will be smooth.

Thank you. LNL

(Shalini had gone to India for Ayurvedic treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis)

Reiki Story A)

I was in kottakal at Arya vaidya sala for my 21 days treatment for Rhuematoid Arthritis. Here all of us had a regime to follow. Evenings were our yoga

time ,there was big hall where who all wished to practise ,gather ed and a yoga teacher would guides us with breathing n aashans. We all were following

instructions n doing as asked ,i could see from corner of my eye that one of the lady in my row was not doing so and swinging before we could react to what

was happening to her she fainted I just jumped from place , reached her and started giving her reiki before others could run for water etc .she immediately

gained her conscious back and was normal soon , she was thankful and rest started asking as what was I doing (my favourite topic to talk about????) I started

explaining about reiki as how it works n what all we do . So we all landed up having reiki class then yoga class???????? After that incidents, almost every evening I

had little Reiki introduction talks in my room for people visiting me, wanting to know about Reiki!

Gratitude to universe n reiki for giving me more chance do seva and be of some help to others.

Reiki Story B)

Gratitude to the universe for sending more more opportunities to do seva

This time when i was in India for vacation on the flight to Hyderabad from Delhi. It was a 2hrs journey as I sat on my seat ,i noticed my co passenger a Punjabi

lady in her early 70s and i could sense that she was not comfortable so I offered her to use the arm rest between the two seats and be comfortable, she said

she is fine this way as she cannot lift her arm from shoulder and was under lot of pain due to the fall she had a month ago in canada and she was travelling to

to her daughter’s place for treatment . I offered her if it is fine with her to hold her shoulder for few minutes and she agreed as i started giving her reiki

tremendous energy started flowing from my hands n she kept on saying what are you doing i can feel your hands so warm i only smiled n told her that I will

let her know once I’m through .It took me good 15mins to finish and once i was over asked her how was she feeling then. She started lifting her arm inch by

inch and I could see her smile getting wider n wider . She was in real surprise as how this could happen as she was unable to do this before. And then whole

journey went on talking about reiki till we reached our destination . I promised her I’ll send her distance reiki every day and we parted our way with a smile

Thank you to Reiki because of which we are able to bring some smile and relief to the people in pain.

Nuri’s silent seva depicts the true healer deep within. It is indeed very heart warming to learn that one can be so into Reiki that the seva flows out instantaneously. Proud of such a kind act from Nuri.

Shalini has proven that a healer emits those vibrations that pulls those in need towards the helping hearts and healing hands. Proud of her efforts at helping out others when she herself was undergoing a treatment. Bravo! Shalini, you are an inspiration.

  2. Shariffa says:

Reading Nuri’s and Shalini’s story was a point of reflection
    Tagore says it so well
“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.” – Rabindranath Tagore
“Love’s gift cannot be given, it waits to be accepted.” – Rabindranath Tagore
Indeed Reiki’s gift is not given, it awaits acceptance.

What a blessing these ladies have had.
The unconditional love they gave to the healee was rewarded by God’s blessing upon them.
Keep up this faith in Reiki.

  4. Nicole says:

Thank you for sharing these stories. I am touched by the way reiki empowered each person to take action and make a difference. I hope the bird and the women helped are feeling much better.
