Forgiveness is away to make our heart light.
Forgiveness with love is a gift.
Carrying the burden within, thinking about it, is tiring and bears no fruit.
As the participants practice forgiveness, we see their eyes light up. Then they forgive themselves. What a healing gift to spread.
