Reiki Sevas in India …. Program No. 7 …… Parukh Dharamshala, Mumbai

Coming towards the end of my stay in India, I happen to have time on my hands. After making a few enquiries, I discovered Parukh Dharamshala, an old people’s home for the Parsee Community in Mumbai.

My request to give Reiki healing on 4^th March 2019 to the residents was happily passed by the trustees Arnavaz Jal Mistry, Zenobia Z Adajania and Armaity R Tirandaz.

I started the Reiki sessions at 10.30 am. The ladies were very welcoming and loved the Reiki healing touch. They each introduced themselves in turn and many shared their sad stories with me. As expected, they took a lot of Reiki in most areas. Almost all blessed me at the end, and one lovely lady blessed me even before I started Reiki on her, as you will see in the video.

By 4.30 pm, 24 elderly ladies, 1 nurse and 3 staff members had received the healing vibrations of Reiki.

I was asked, what was the benefit of giving Reiki for one day? My answer was: it was one day less of not receiving a loving healing touch!

As always, I do not take anything for granted. My gratitude to the Universe / God for dropping this Reiki seva in my lap! I only had to ask and I was given!

Thanks also go to the trustees Arnavaz Jal Mistry, Zenobia Z Adajania and Armaity R Tirandaz, for their kindness in allowing me to do this seva, and to the staff members who made it so easy for me to meet the ladies and do the seva.

I also donated cheese and biscuits to all the residents numbering over 70, the workers and staff members.
