Indeed, as the saying goes, \u2018to err is human, to forgive is divine.\u2019 But little do we know that to forgive and let go is only one side of the coin. The other side is \u2018asking for forgiveness\u2019. Both are necessary and must be done in equal measure, if we are to live our life to its fullest potential.<\/p>\n<p>How do we achieve this? Fortunately for us, we have been given an excellent tool all the way from Hawaii, called <strong>Ho\u2019oponopono<\/strong>, which includes both these aspects. It translates into 4 sentences: I am sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, I thank you.<\/p>\n<p>In the interest of propelling humanity forwards towards achieving a life free from the shackles of the past, I, <strong>Kamal Tolia<\/strong>, held an online virtual workshop on <strong>Ho\u2019oponopono<\/strong> on 24<sup>th<\/sup> and 25<sup>th<\/sup> November 2020.
