Accordingly, on 6<sup>th<\/sup> and 8<sup>th<\/sup> October, I did a distant online Reiki level 2 with them. We have been associated with the shelter for more than 10 years. We train the girls in Reiki every year and support them with foodstuff. Our latest seva was on 7<sup>th<\/sup> October when we did an online attunement for 3 new mums and the Shelter nurse <strong>Agnes Waweru<\/strong>. The girls that had been trained in the past, helped us by showing the new trainees the chakra positions and how to do healing for self and for others.<\/p>\n<p>Since it is a shelter, we do not have photos, but one girl and a new mum share how they use Reiki.<\/p>\n<p>Our gratitude to <strong>Agnes Waweru<\/strong>, who assisted us in seeing the execution of this training.
