Our dear Kenya member <strong>Shariffa Keshavjee<\/strong>&nbsp;has been running this centre for more than 20 years! And we, Lotus Healing Seva Group have been Reiki associated with it for over 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>And so it is that on the cold morning of 28 July, <strong>LHSG Kenya members Monica Gokaldas, Shariffa Keshavjee, Anuradha Nath, and I Kamal Tolia<\/strong>, gathered at the centre at 9.30 am, to teach two groups:<\/p>\n<p>3 girls Reiki Level 1. <strong>Monica and Anuradha<\/strong> took them through the the history of Reiki, the five Reiki principles, self healing, healing others, and the benefits of Reiki.<\/p>\n<p>AND<\/p>\n<p>8 girls and their teacher Reiki level 2. <strong>Shariffa and I<\/strong> went through the Reiki level 2 content: distant healing, healing relationships, healing souls, programming Reiki, healing the Earth, Reiki box and group healing.<\/p>\n<p>A lovely tasty lunch of vegetable pilao and kachumbari (tomato-onion mix salad) was generously provided by <strong>Shahnaz<\/strong>, who runs the canteen at the Centre.
