{"id":4974,"date":"2024-09-15T08:47:26","date_gmt":"2024-09-15T08:47:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=4974"},"modified":"2024-09-15T08:52:38","modified_gmt":"2024-09-15T08:52:38","slug":"weekly-reiki-healing-seva-at-shri-ram-mandir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=4974","title":{"rendered":"Weekly Reiki Healing Seva at Shri Ram Mandir"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In keeping with their motto of \u2018ever serving\u2019, \u2018ever loving\u2019, \u2018every giving\u2019, the <strong>Kenya chapter of the Lotus Healing Seva Group<\/strong>, extended its warm (literally) loving, Reiki hands in service of the elderly and others at the<strong> Shri Ram Mandir hall (Hindu Temple) in Nairobi, Kenya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The LHSG members, on a rota basis, hold these free healing sessions on Wednesday mornings. This seva which was started in early August 2024, is open to all and sundry. Many have been coming to receive, some come every week! The numbers have been varying between 14 and 24.<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to report that the healing effects have ranged from freedom from aches and pains, from insomnia, from constant visits to the doctors, and \u2026 get a hold of this: depression, anxiety, deep fears!<\/p>\n<p>We give thanks to <strong>God \/ Universe<\/strong>, for availing us of this opportunity to stay true to our life purpose and soul purpose of \u2018simply giving\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to give our thanks to the <strong>Sri Ram Mandir Chairman Vikas Saini, The Vice Chairman Hitesh Solanki,<\/strong> for generously allowing us the use of their hall, and <strong>Shubhjit Kaur<\/strong> the Secretary, for ensuring that the hall is ready for us every week, and taking out photos.<\/p>\n<p>Please do watch the slide show below, which shows the Reiki healing in session over the last month. The second video features many grateful recipients sharing their healing experiences, including the former <strong>Chairman of Ram Mandir, Mr Batukbhai Shah<\/strong> \u2026.. they speak in a variety of languages\u2026.
