{"id":622,"date":"2011-06-28T17:09:58","date_gmt":"2011-06-28T17:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=622"},"modified":"2011-06-28T17:09:58","modified_gmt":"2011-06-28T17:09:58","slug":"asking-for-forgiveness-workshop-in-uk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=622","title":{"rendered":"Asking For Forgiveness Workshop in UK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The workshop was held on 19<sup>th<\/sup> May 2011 in a beautiful church hall in Harrow, London.<\/p>\n<p>It followed the same lines as the workshop in Kenya \u2026.. first understanding the steps involved in asking for forgiveness namely, Realisation of having wronged, Repenting, Actually asking for Forgiveness, and Atonement \u00a0\u2026.. followed by learning about Ho\u2019 oponopno and practicing it.<\/p>\n<p>Even though the programme was held at 7.30 pm, the turnout was good. The audience consisted of about 50 men and women, all eager to learn. Some of them had come straight from work, such was their commitment! Everybody listened keenly to the concepts. They willingly did the exercise of visualizing the person they had wronged, went through the steps, and then sent healing to the situation. Then when it was time to say the Ho\u2019 oponopono sentences, they recited them with sincerity and seriousness.
