{"id":5163,"date":"2025-05-29T15:46:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-29T15:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=5163"},"modified":"2025-05-29T15:47:50","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T15:47:50","slug":"lhsg-20-years-of-reiki-sevas-part-17-seva-no-65","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kamaltolia.com\/?p=5163","title":{"rendered":"LHSG 20 Years of Reiki Sevas Part 17 Seva No. 65!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Seva No 65!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reiki level 1 training in Delhi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Hindu refugees keep coming from across the border with Pakistan, to escape the religious persecution and kidnapping of our little Hindu girls, forcibly converting them into Islam, and marrying them off to their abductors, men in their 40&#8217;s and 50&#8217;s!<\/p>\n<p>We have been empowering such adults and children with the healing power of Reiki. This has been happening for the past 6 years.<\/p>\n<p>On May 8<sup>th<\/sup> and 9<sup>th<\/sup>, 47 such children, recently arrived from Pakistan (some as recently as 2 weeks ago) in the <strong>Adarsh Nagar Refugee camp in Delhi<\/strong> were trained in Reiki level 1. They were a very switched on lot, embraced the concept of Reiki being a healing energy, and already started showing positive results during the two days of the training.<\/p>\n<p>I am very grateful for this golden opportunity for uplifting these beautiful souls with this healing empowerment. For sure they will be healed of all their deep seated traumas, and will contribute to the world in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n<p>As always, during these trainings, we cater for lunch or snacks for these children. This time it consisted of jeera rice, chick peas curry and a rasgulla (an Indian sweet). It was sponsored by our <strong>Founder member Monica Gokaldas and our UK member Bijan Popat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do watch the slide show and video.
