Lotus Healing Seva Group (Kenya) has been associated with The Hawkers Market Girls Centre through our Member Shariffa Keshavjee, for the past 7 years. Each year we train the new entrants in Reiki Level 1 and 2.

So on June 20^th 2019,  LHSG Kenya Members Punita Acharya and Sharanya Rao went to the centre to train 2 girls in reiki 1 and 6 girls in Reiki 2.

On 20^th June, Sharanya and I conducted both Reiki level 1 and Reiki level 2 Camps at the HAWKERS MARKET GIRLS CENTRE. There were 2 girls for level 1 and 6 for level 2. I started with asking their experiences with level 1 and they all said they had helped someone or the other in their family. The results were great as the relatives had healed in a short period of time.

As we started they got very excited as it was a completely new experience for them. The symbols were learnt easily and with great enthusiasm.

The day progressed with attuning followed by self-healing.

We had a lovely lunch break with Veggie burgers, Mandazi, soda and chocolates.

The afternoon session was found interesting as there were lots of things which were new to them. They had no idea about distance healing and the Reiki box. On the whole, all the girls benefited and are now even more keen to do seva at Faraja Cancer Support Center.

The Oshwal Association in the UK held an Health and Awareness Fair on 2/6/19 at the Oshwal Centre in Potters Bar

The mission was to raise as much health and vitality involvement in the 2800 people that attended the day.

There were designated areas for diagnostics ie diabetes awareness, dentists, doctors , optometrists, fitness, reflexology , nutritionists and pharmacists, to name but a few.

It was a busy day that started at 7.45 am with a good Indian breakfast, then a welcoming talk for the 800 volunteers by the organisers, the Mayor of Harrow , Lord Popat , Richard Harrington MP etc

We were privileged to have a very special place in the main building to carry out our healing sessions.

The entire set up was very well organised and there were 5 volunteers at a desk , directing people to the various services available in that section which were audiology, healing and chiropractice.

As healers, there were 6 main people, Masoumeh, and representing The Lotus Healing Sewa Group UK were Bhanu Shah, Savita Karekar, Bena Shah, Vilas Savjani and Mala Tolia

The room was beautifully set up by Masoumeh and we gave healing to some 140 people that day !

Each individual client fed back that they had thoroughly enjoyed the experience and some even had left the room feeling pain free.

As healers, it was a very fulfilling experience and I felt privileged to be a part of such a big outreach.
