On the morning 14th November, I conducted a mini Reiki camp for 3 ladies with the blessings of our dear Guru Kamal Tolia ji.
Tomorrow I will be the concluding part. It was nice to conduct an in person teaching after so long. This is part of my input to the Anniversary seva.
Two of them had learnt Reiki previously, somewhere, but hadn’t practiced and had forgotten about it. They had some questions about attracting the other person’s energy while healing and I am in so much gratitude that I could answer and clear all their doubts.
All three ladies took very well to the attunement. They felt someone walking in the room and even floating around them and they even felt a hand over their heads. I feel so very blessed as I believe Master Usui must have come to give his blessings.
Being ardent Hindus the ladies felt today being a Kartik Somwar it is a high energy day and very auspicious.
In my residential estate there is a fair number of elderly living among us. Some of them are socially and physically active whilst some have age related or physical conditions that restrict them from much movement. A few of them are on wheelchairs as well and rarely go out and get to interact with people.
As part of our 17th Anniversary seva I decided to share my love and care with them as a group of people collectively. I conducted a session of easy stretches and vertigo related exercises as some of them suffer from vertigo and have been complaining about their un-ease. The session was held on the late afternoon of Saturday 5th November at the estate’s pool side.
They were all very excited to learn and some of them even came along with their daughters’ for support. I had set up a sacred space prior to beginning the session and introduced myself as a Reiki Healer. Although I did not speak much about Reiki, I continued sending out Reiki and blessings silently through my heart to all of them whilst teaching them the stretches.
It was a very enriching and humbling experience as the senior citizens participated and interacted quite well and tried to do the exercises as per their individual capacities and medical conditions. Doing this kind of a seva was a first time for me and I am happy I overcame the challenge of communicating with a Gujarati speaking group as I do not speak Gujarati and they opted for me to speak in Hindi instead of English.
Then having skipped the following day, a Sunday I informed them on Monday, 7th November that I had started sending Reiki to all of them and will continue to do so for the next two weeks till 21st November. They are very thankful to the Reiki being sent already.
List of people who attended: Pannaben (On wheelchair), Amratben (she has been using the walking frame since few years), Kabirbhai, Kantibhai (He was very thankful and lost his wife last month to Covid), SItaram Ji, Savitreben (Suffers from vertigo since long and has body pains), Ushaben (Jyoti’s mother) (Lot of joint pain and is on wheel chair), Jasuben, Shakuntalaben, Chandra Gohil, Ranjuben (our Tejal’s bua), Ketaki Sheth’s mother (we all call her masi), Shima Kanani (daughter of Kanti Bhai), Mayuri (Daughter of Kanti Bhai), Jyoti Shah (Volunteer), Monika Gupta (daughter of Shakuntala), Rama Gohil (Organizer), Anju Mullick (volunteer)
This is the list of people I have been sending Reiki to as pledged. Rama Gohil communicated with all the elderly and organized the afternoon. We needed volunteers as some of the ladies need assistance with their movement and wheelchairs etc.
On Monday 10th October,2022, for our 17th Anniversary Sevas, LHSG UK members, Bena, Savita and Bhanuben , sent Reiki, and hugged the trees in the grounds of Roxeth Recreation Grounds, South Harrow. Savita had been watering and looking after these trees. We also sent healing to all the trees. Smaller trees needed more caring and now we can see them looking quite healthy. Our gratitude to Reiki.
As part of looking after Mother Earth, we cleaned up all the plastic from the park , including the children’s play area, and sent Reiki, with the Intention “that birds will be protected from the plastic , and keep themselves safe’.

On the 14th of October I have been to the North sea on a boat crossing from Rotterdam to Hull. At sunrise I did crystal seeding seva. I energised crystals with intentions and seeded them in the sea.

Four members of the LHSG U.K. group attended the Jalaram Temple, Greenford, U.K. food distribution on 18 October 2022, as part of the 17th anniversary sewa.
The food had been donated by various supermarkets and individual donors. LHSG U.K. Group members, were volunteering in distributing the food to all those who needed it. Once the tables outside the temple were set up, the Group members gave Reiki to all the food, before it was distributed. The photos and videos show the Reiki being done. We are not allowed to take photos or videos of the actual distribution, as people’s privacy is v important.

Due to the current economy, Jalaram Homeless charity food bank had been running low. LHSG UK identified their need for this Friday 21st October. They bought Coffee tins worth approx UK pounds 17, gave them Reiki and donated them to the Centre.

Our LHSG Kenya Mukuru members: the 162 children and 8 teachers of Mukuru Outreach Academy went on a Reiki healing trip to the Nairobi Safari Walk in the Nairobi National Park. Yes, you read correctly, it was a ‘Reiki Healing For The Animals’ trip! This happened on 28th October 2022.
Many thanks go to the Head Teacher Enock Nyananga and the Deputy Head Teacher Vincent Muema for co-ordinating the whole event, and guiding the children to bless each animal with Reiki. Together we will create caring, compassionate children and adults!
And of course, the children were thrilled to see many animals, among them buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, leopard, ostrich, lions, and even the rare white rhino!
Please do watch the video below. Although sometimes we can’t see the animal being blessed, we can definitely see a the children healers’ ‘sea of hands’ blessing the animal with Reiki!!
