Little Hands Doing Seva ……

Seven children who had been recently attuned to  Reiki Level 1 and Reiki level 2 gave up a Wednesday morning of their school holidays to give Reiki to cancer patients at the Faraja Cancer Support Centre in Nairobi. They were joined by mums LHSG Kenya – Rashmeen, Sheela, Baiju, and Shalini LHSG Kenya and our UAE member Ameet Dighe.

The pictures say it all …… note the seriousness with which they stood with their eyes closed, channeling Reiki to the chakras …..

This only goes to prove …….. You are never too young to start doing Reiki Seva!

Do read the experiences of some of them during this seva ….

1. Keirav Shah, age 12yrs, Reiki Level 1

This is my feedback on the Healing we did at the cancer place.

It was very intense at first but after the first person was done I wasnt as worried for the last 2 people that I did Reiki on. My hands felt a mixture of feelings first they felt warm then tingly than back to warm. But in all i had a great experience doing Reiki and I would love to do it again.

2. Veer Tulyani, Age 9 years, Reiki level 2

On April 16, 2014 I went to Faraza cancer care to give reiki to the patients. Some other children were also with me. We first gave reiki to Sunil uncle. My hands were getting very hot. I felt very nice because I had never given reiki to someone in hospital before who is in lot of pain. Reiki makes me feel thankful that I can help others and I shall continue giving reiki in future.

3. Anay Vora, Age 9 years, Reiki Level 1

On Wednesday 16th April I went to Fharaja cancer centre, at M P Shah hospital. My Reiki teacher Kamal Tolia was there too.

Before we started we took pictures with everyone. My first patient was called Priscilla. She had a joint problem and cancer on her tongue. My second patient was called Helen. She had a liver spread. My last patient was called Victoria. She had a stomach problem.

I felt sorry about them, but happy to give them Reiki. When I gave them Reiki I felt hot.
