Ho’oponopono Forgiveness Workshop

A workshop on this Hawaiin method of forgiveness for the soul was held by Kamal Tolia on 10th May 2014. It was held in Pride Inn Hotel on Rhapta Road in Nairobi, Kenya. She was helped by Lotus Healing Seva Group members Monica, Mamta, Punita and Anuradha.

The programme consisted of first learning what is involved in asking for forgiveness and in forgiving and letting go. Ho’oponopono was explained and its deeper meaning of clearing our karmic baggage and all fear and fear based impressions we have been carrying in our subconscious mind since the beginning of time so we connect with the Divinity within you.

This was followed by practical sessions of saying Ho’oponopono for various personal and interpersonal situations.

The Forty four people who took part found it very enlightening. They went away with their minds open to accepting responsibility for all that was happening in their lives, and confident that by practicing Ho’oponopono they could go on to lead happier and more peaceful lives.

Please see the pictures of the workshop and read the press write up of the Workshop in the Asian Weekly Newspaper of Kenya.

    Hi,
I attended your workshop on Ho’oponopono in May this year. Little did I know I would be needing it on my next holiday.
I just got back from a month long holiday and most part of it was in non English speaking countries. In the past I would have really lost it and hardly shopped. I would have gone only sightseeing and kept to myself. However, this time I used the Ho’oponopono and it made such a huge difference. Let’s just say for the first time I made it to the weight allowance.
So this is how it happened. I was in Milan and I wanted an adaptor. Silly me forgot it’s 2 round pins. I went to the nearest shop that was owned by some Chinese. They didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Mandarin or Italian. I could feel myself getting frustrated and angry. So I took a deep breath and smiled! Then I said I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you and I thank you. Aloud!
She stared at me. I think she picked a few words and thought I was flirting with her. Just then I got an idea. I drew a circle with 3 tiny rectangles and another with 2 tiny circles with an arrow connecting both. We both burst out laughing. She promptly gave me the adaptor. In the past I would have got really angry and I would have grumpily walked back to the hotel, eventually ruining my holiday.
After that we went to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Turkey and only once in Istanbul I couldn’t do the Ho’oponopono…weak moment! Not proud of it. I later said sorry and we were fine. How amazing is that!
I am not the kind who keeps a grudge or holds on to my anger but I definitely am the kind that loses my temper over trivial, unimportant issues. In the grand scheme of things these things don’t really matter however I would get worked up about it and ruin a perfect moment. This holiday was different…I was armed with Ho’oponopono!
Thank you for workshop. It has made a huge impact in my life.
    Kind regards,

I would love to share these amazing Ho’oponopono experiences with you!!

    1. My daughter, Fareen had recently traveled to The USA and as she
was going away for a long while, she left her doggies in the care of a
friend, who usually helped out on short term basis. This time the
friend was a little reluctant, even though she agreed, but Fareen felt
the hesitance as well as the coldness & shortness of communication whilst she was in America.
She spoke to me about her feelings and I suggested that she try
Ho’oponopono to help her deal with the situation. Never having done it
before, I gave her the 4 lines mantra and told her it would really
help. Being at her tether’s end, she was happy to try anything. The
very next morning she sent me a message saying ‘Mum, this was amazing.
Not only did I experience calmness within myself, but the Doggie
Minder replied to an email and even sent photos of the doggies to put
our minds at ease”. The rest of the trip went beautifully well and she
no longer felt anxious, worried or concerned. She said she went with the flow having the tool of Ho’oponopono with her!!

    2. After attending the recent Ho’oponopono course I have to share
another wonderful experience with you. My mother-in-law lives with us.
Although we have always had a good relationship, I have felt a
challenge of competition for the one man we both share – her son, my
husband. My husband is a fair person but feels obliged to be a good
son too !! So there are times when a form of resentment appears in my
psychic !! However, after the recent Ho’oponopono Course, I have been
doing the forgiveness and I no longer feel any resentment and have
recently even started supporting her and going to great lengths to win
her love by hugging her and kissing her with real genuineness and am
really enjoying her being with me!! She too, is feeling more
comfortable to show me love in return!! Wow I am so grateful that so
much wasted thoughts, energy and time is being utilized elsewhere in a more positive and productive way rather than garbage !!

Thank you Thank you and Thank you again for teaching us Ho’oponopono and for for giving us regular instruments to better ourselves here and now!!

God Bless you always to be His instrument for us!!

Lots of Love & Light, Nuri

I attended your ho’oponopono workshop this year in May. With my background of Pranic healing, Reiki and Angel therapy I have always known the importance of forgiveness. I learnt meditative and healing techniques from the above mentioned schools. When I learnt the ho’oponopono, I was very touched with the beautiful, simple and powerful words that carried so much weight. I use these powerful words as a mantra in my daily life and I have seen myself deal with any and all situations with great ease and positivity. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU so very much for the precious simple words that have helped me to learn to forgive and deal with situations positively.
lots of love and light Geeta
Kind regards and lots of love and light
