LHSG continues its march of Reiki Training, undeterred by the pandemic that has gripped the world. Indeed, we feel that Reiki is needed more than ever nowadays, to combat the Covid 19 virus, and to build our immunity.
Please read on for our UAE in charge Kirtikala Kamdar’s account of the Reiki level 1 training she held in Abu Dhabi and our Kenya member Sheela Shah’s account of the Reiki Level 2 training she held in Nairobi.

Reiki Training Camp in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The Reiki level 1 I conducted on 27th November, with Pooja Tiwari, was good.
I had 5 people online and 4 at home.
Different nationalities, Iraqi, Filipinos, and Indians.
It was a good experience.
It was on a donation basis.
I received 950 aed which i shall use for the laundry people who lost everything in the fire in the building next door.

Reiki Level 2 Online Training in Nairobi, Kenya
The Reiki ll Faraja camp on Thursday and Friday, (12&13th Nov), was attended by 2 individuals from last month’s Reiki l group. With minimum hiccups on both days the sessions went very well. The attunement and all the healing modalities were received and learnt smoothly. Both the ladies keenly practiced absent healing by various methods, Reiki box and learnt the power of group healing that was successfully experimented even via zoom.
When the ladies expressed how strongly they experienced the flow of Reiki in their hands when giving healing, I was truly humbled. Proved once again how powerful the Reiki symbols are.
Both the ladies expressed how empowered they felt now and were grateful. As always I gave thanks to Reiki and to this seva opportunity.
