For the seventh year running, we have been conducting Reiki training camps for the girls of Hawkers Market Girls Centre in Nairobi.
This year LHSG founder member Punita Acharya, assisted by LHSG Sevaks Shariffa Keshavjee and Sharanya Rao trained 18 girls in Reiki Level 1 on 21st February 2019.
This brings to 2919 the number of people trained in Reiki level 1 and 3786, the number of people trained in all levels of Reiki al over the world in a total of 165 Reiki training camps.
And so it is that LHSG continues with its mission of empowering people with the healing power of Reiki.

Today’s Reiki level 1 camp for the HMGC girls was smooth and seamless. With Shariffa Aunty’s guidance towards the girls, with Sharanya’s expertise on how the Reiki camps work, it was a breeze teaching these smart girls.
All of them very keen and eager which made teaching them a lot of fun. In all we now have 18 new girls who have joined us as healers.
